However, you will STILL receive ABSOLUTE Full Service! Due to owning my own company, I don't have to worry about paying another Broker, so I am able to pass THAT savings down to YOU!!! 

My marketing includes everything the larger companies offer (and possibly MORE!)!

Here is a List of some of the marketing tools I offer, but not necessarily limited to: 

1.) Minimum of 25 pictures of your property, and I include PROFESSIONAL PICTURES for any Listing priced at 250K and above! 

2.) PROFESSIONAL DRONE PICTURES for any property boasting 1/2 acre+ and/or water views! 

3.) Large professional sign post, professionally installed! 

4.) COLOR flyers in a flyer box attached to your sign post

5.) Your Listing will be fully marketed on the MLS, as well as on ALL the large homes sites, such as Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.
